Maintenance, update, backup and service agreement
A maintenance agreement is to upgrade the system with critical security updates when available, usually several times per year. As a standard backup of your data and files is done 1 time per week. We also keep track of your website, and check the uptime of your host. It is a good guarantee for you, if your site has a lot of downtime you would like to know about it so that you can take the nessesary actions.
Your website is submitted to the major search engines and we keep track of your website and make sure that your website does not report errors to the search engines. We use a webmaster tools for surveillance.
Such service, we either do based on hourly rate, OR a flat fee per year. Initially we provide this service only for websites we made, but we can in some cases make exceptions. Please contact us, and we will take a look.
Optionally we can also send a monthly statistics of traffic and other statistics as well.
